Mr. Nakamura suffered from cancer at the age of 24. After recovery, he obtained the national qualification as an occupational therapist. He then happened to meet Ms. Iwamoto and joined Aishitoto. The importance of health and food he learned from the illness has made him a leader of research and development regarding the fields of health, beauty, and anti-aging, and he is now the managing director of Aishitoto.

With the experience of the illness and the ambition
of bringing health to all people,
Mr. Nakamura developed “Aishitoto Fiber Jelly.”

Managing director of Mr. Nakamura, also the inventor of Aishitoto Fiber Jelly, has suffered cancer at the age of 24.
Due to the illness, 14 polyps occurred in his small bowel, which was then cut off around 80 centimeters.
From the painful experience of the illness, he learned the importance of health and then committed to research on how to bring health to the public.
Knowing that keeping the digestive system healthy is the key to maintain a healthy body, and how difficult it is to change the diet, Mr. Nakamura began to develop a product that provides essential nutrition to the stomach in a simple and natural way.

With the goal of providing products that can be safely consumed by all generations, Aishitoto focused on one particular ingredient, the soluble dietary jelly (also called the “indigestible dextrin”), which can be naturally derived from the food.
We have undergone numerous research and development, and conducted experiments with thousands of people, prior to the completion of final products, hoping to meet the satisfaction of every person. We’ve learned that the path to product development is not easy at all.
