GOKAYAMA Tofu Restaurant
GOKAYAMA Tofu Restaurant is a buffet restaurant that provides foods specially made out of 100% Fukuyutaka large soybeans produced in Japan, and pure spring water from Mt. Sefuri.
Besides, there’s a tofu bakery in the restaurant, providing freshly baked tofu bread using domestically produced ingredients.
We make use of tofu lees instead of throwing away as eco-friendly ingredients, developing the GOKAYAMA Tofu skincare products.
